How to Request Deletion of Your Dataאיך לבקש מחיקה של המידע שלך

If you have interacted with a business that uses Gibby (our AI WhatsApp booking and customer-communication system) and you would like your personal data to be deleted from our systems, you may submit a data deletion request by following the steps below.אם תקשרתם עם עסק שמשתמש ב־Gibby (מערכת WhatsApp AI שלנו לניהול תורים ותקשורת עם לקוחות) ואתם מעוניינים שהמידע האישי שלכם יימחק מהמערכות שלנו, באפשרותכם להגיש בקשת מחיקת מידע לפי השלבים הבאים.

Step 1: Send Your Requestשלב 1: שליחת הבקשה

Send an email to contact@sentinel-automations.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:שלחו אימייל אל contact@sentinel-automations.com עם שורת הנושא "Data Deletion Request" וכללו את הפרטים הבאים:

Step 2: Verificationשלב 2: אימות

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. This is to ensure that only the rightful owner of the data can request its deletion. Step 3: Processingשלב 3: טיפול בבקשה

Live-database deletion is carried out when the request is verified. What Data Is Deletedאיזה מידע נמחק

What Data We Cannot Deleteאיזה מידע איננו יכולים למחוק

• WhatsApp message history — Messages stored on WhatsApp's servers are governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
